Furnished Apartments
Our apartments come fully furnished with all the interior features students need to live a lavish lifestyle, including an extra-large full-sized bed, four-drawer dresser, desk, and chair in each bedroom, and a couch, armchair, coffee table, end table, TV stand, and TV in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with energy-efficient appliances, a refrigerator with ice maker, bar stools, dishwasher, and in-unit washer & dryer can also be found in each apartment.
Premier Location
Between academic life and all the responsibilities that come with living on their own, students don’t have much downtime during their college years. With a location conveniently close to campus, our residents can save time on commuting and use their free time to socialize, hit the gym, study for exams, and stay on top of their daily tasks.
On-Site Staff
With on-site staff, as well as a 24-hour emergency maintenance team available, we answer all requests by our residents in a timely and efficient manner in order to ensure all appliances and other at-home features are working as they should — our team is dedicated to providing students with quick, effective maintenance and management services.

Residents of our FSU student apartments can choose from a variety of spacious floor plans to suit their lifestyle needs, including studio apartments, one-bedroom apartments, two-bedroom apartments, three-bedroom apartments, and four-bedroom apartments. All of our apartments come with custom-designed interiors and luxury features so Seminoles can make themselves right at home.
Individual Housing Contracts
With individual housing contracts, residents are only ever responsible for their portion of the monthly installment payment. If a roommate moves out or misses a monthly payment, the other residents are penalized in no way. Our housing contracts align with the Florida State University academic calendar, so students can move in before the start of the fall semester.
