Hey Residents!
We will be having a Fiesta Pool Party on November 1st to celebrate another year at GrandMarc at Tallahassee! Remember, the deadline to renew with the same rate and stay in the same apartment is October 31st!
Some of the fun activities we’ll be having at this Fiesta Pool Party include:
-An inflatable slip n’ slide
-Gordos catering
-A fiesta photo booth
-Corn hole
-Snow cones
and more!
The event will start at 4 pm and will go until 7 pm on November 1st! We hope to see you all there!
Also as a friendly reminder, current residents can still renew their lease after November 1st! For any questions about renewing after November 1st, please come down to the front office or give us a call at 850-222-6272!
